Over the years, I have come to learn that two of the most economical ways to fixture parts are via coils or special mesh. I have two companies that I represent that can help you along.
IFI Coils to whatever wire diameter and spacing that you require. You name the alloy. This is about as inexpensive and functional as you can get!
Weave Alloy specializes in parts separation. We can make any size of square or rectangle opening you need. We can assist in determining alloy type and wire diameter to give you many runs. Most other companies that make screen just supply the basics, i.e. 2, 4,6.. mesh. You tell us what you want, we'll make it.
